Question by Jarinbhai: Can a diabetic patient be given an ACE inhibitor even though her serum Creatinine is > 2.5?
The patient’s Cr is 2.9. Besides nephropathy, she’s got retinopathy and hypertension, and has had a BKA twice.

I want to know whether there is only one way to take medicine by injecting insulin right from the beginning or is there other medicines for it?? I mean for diabetes type1, injecting insulin is the only way ? or is there any other way to solve the problem?
