I have called several insurance companies and cannot obtain coverage because of existing diabetes condition. I am curious to learn how much of the formal med school curiculum time for current graduates is spent on the topic of diabetes (excluding co-morbidities).

I have a cousin that has juvenile diabetes. The family has no insurance and it probably over the income for a medical card/chips program.
