Answer by hypermianyup……although in both of these mainly vessels 2 retina r affected…..in diabetic neovasculization is seen(in which new vessels start developing but they 4 very leaky so causes blood accumulation in viterous of eye)an emergency condition……also causes formation of flame hemorrhages [...]
