I don’t know if i have diabetes or not, as I have some of the symptoms, like urinating often and thirst. however, I don’t know exactly to what extent these symptoms apply, as I can find quantified data nowhere. What exactly is “extreme thirst”. How many times going to the bathroom is “urinating often.” Is “sudden weight loss always a symptom”. Thanks for the help.

I know urine tests and blood tests could be administered but I was told by someone that urine tests won’t even be able to tell if you have diabetes… that you’ll end up having to get a blood test to determine if you do have diabetes. Then what’s the point of getting a urine test?
Thanks in advance

Is age a factor? How about just one of your parents having it? Do they both have to have it in order for you to get it too?
And what are some of the most common signs you may have diabetes? Like what should you be on the look out for?
I’m just kind of confused over the whole the so I’d like for someone to maybe shine some light on it.

After completeing a glucose tolerance test with the results finding hypoglycemia, how can a doctor call it type two diabetes? How would glimiperide or glipizide help this condition? I guess I don’t understand how these two medications work. Can anyone explain it? Thanks..

As an observation, it seems when one has high blood it comes next that he has heart ailment or diabetes. What’s the connection and what is the prevention on this?
