Advani he prescribed chemo therapy as surgery was not recomended.unfortunately during the2nd chemo therapy (june2005)the chemo medicine leaked from the port leading tonecrosis,due to which the patientsufferedwith continuous fever for two months,the port was removed in july2005,and the area which had developed necrosis was debrived (sep 2005)all thiswhile the main treatment was discontinued. the patient is now being givenradiationand oralchemo,xeloda.he alsohad MI oc’05
