the best way to ease this worrying is to go to the doctor and get your blood glucose levels checked out.
There’s nothing that can be done with Type 1, it just happens at random, but Type 2 we are in control of with diet and exercise.
To eat better, just eat foods that are “low glycemx index” they raise blood glucose rather slowly. They are brown rice, beans, peas, lentils, veggies, fruits etc basically unprocessed foods.
Type I diabetes is inherited by usually shows up before age 18. Type II diabetes, called adult onset, is caused by lifestyle factors such as obesity and lack of exercise. The best way to prevent developing Type II diabetes is to keep your weight near its ideal and to eat a balanced diet which emphasizes green vegetables and de-emphasizes sweets, white bread and starches.
maybe exercise and you wont
Exercise regularly and lead a healthy life. Don’t overdo anything just to avoid diabetes. Medical science is not yet absolutely sure why and how people get diabetes. Many people leading healthy lives and without any genetic history of diabetes are also getting it. Statistically it is seen that people leading healthy lives and doing regular exercise are at a lower risk.
Don’t woory too much about getting diabetes but in case of doubt get yourself tested. I had a relative who thought she didn’t have diabetes until she tested and knew for sure. There are many free kits available that can help you figure out whether you have diabetes or not. Don’t go by symptoms alone, use the free kits to make sure.
