I am not sure of the validity of the other response you have been given. Actually, strenuous exercise can make an eye condition worsen due to increased pressure / blood pressure. If you have a serious eye condition (such as retinal detachment) consult with your doctor before exercising to avoid further complications.

Don’t listen to the walking advice. I think that person is thinking of diabetic Neuropathy. I had laser surgeries on my eyes for treatment. About 10 on each eye, but it wasn’t too bad. It helped quite a bit, actually.
