Treatment For Quick Healing Of Diabetic Neuropathic Ulcer?

One & half month ago , she had gangrene of small finger Lt.foot & amputation had to be done at MCP Joint . Now, the doctor says its not a favourite site for skin graft . What else i can do to accelerate the healing of this trophic Ulcer. Help appreciated.Please note that i live in PAKISTAN . So , mention products,drugs which can be obtained in my Country-Thanks a lot for dear help

try Zinc oxide. I know it helps with pressure ulcers. It is over the counter here

I know a cream that we use in our clinic to accelerate healing of foot ulcers, and for the pre-graft treatment. It’s called Actovegin, the producer is Nycomed Austria.
I dunno if it’s available in your country, but since it’s available here (Romania), it could be there too.

Even if it might look like middle-age, larvae therapy (maggots) is still used succesfully in some centers. Larvae promote healing because their dygestive enzymes contain growth factors.
